The lack of pollutants makes northern forest berries a pure product of nature. The harsh northern growing environment with long winters and short summers makes berries smaller in size yet densely packed with nutrients such as antioxidants, vitamins and fibre. The high quality of our berries is maintained by using the individual quick-frozen (IQF) method which does not allow large ice crystals to form and secures a high quality end product.
